Job Title: Area Sales Executive

CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in the assigned area by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Plan and execute field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide suitable product solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
• Support and guide channel partners for better business results.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with leadership potential.
• Local candidates from Kalyani or nearby areas preferred.
