Position: Area Sales Executive Consumer Care Division (CCD) Location: South Mumbai Industry: FMCG Experience: 5-10 years Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing About the Role: Join our Consumer Care Division as an Area Sales Executive, where youll drive regional sales targets, manage distributors, oversee retail execution, and lead market activation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly primary/secondary sales targets. Strengthen distributor (DB) network and retail coverage. Lead and train a team of salesmen for better productivity and beat planning. Execute BTL activities, visibility drives, and new launches in the market. Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory, and credit hygiene at market and DB levels. Maintain sales reports, manage agency deliverables, and track competitive activity. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5-10 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the Consumer Care space. Proven track record in GT/RTM execution, distributor handling, and people management. Strong understanding of trade marketing, PJP design, and sales performance tracking. Must be mobile, target-driven, and result-oriented. Why Join Us?
