IN CHARGE OF CIGARETTES/FOOD PRODUCTS/STATIONARY/PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS/ Modern Trade
COMPULSORY MARKET TOURING.
PREPARES REPORTS AND PLANS AT BRANCH DURING FIRST WEEK OF EVERY MONTH
REPORTS TO AREA MANAGER
NO INCENTIVES BUT VARIABLE PAY AT THE END OF EVERY QUARTER BASED ON PERFORMANCE
RECEIVES TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR EVERY DAY ON TOUR
UNDER PROBATION FOR ONE WHOLE YEAR
ADEQUATE TRAINING PROVIDEDRole & responsibilities
