SHREE BAJRANG TECHNO ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. is a reputed manufacturer of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Blocks, committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly, and cost-effective building solutions. We cater to builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects across the region. We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to join our growth journey.

Position: Sales Executive – AAC Block.

Department: Sales & Marketing.
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head – Sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Meet builders, contractors, developers, factory management and architects to promote AAC block products.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective field visits and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product presentations to demonstrate benefits.
  • Generate quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and finalize orders.
  • Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports, visit schedules, and pipeline updates to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in AAC Blocks (Preferred), Cement, RMC, Tiles, Construction Materials, or Building Solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Good market knowledge of local construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license for field visits.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience/interview).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based commission.

Work Location:

Korba/Janjgir-Champa/Bilaspur/Ambikapur Region.
(Willingness to travel within assigned region is mandatory)
