Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new clients through regular market visits and prospecting.
• Conduct planned customer visits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities.

Required Skills & Abilities

• 2–3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Gmail) is mandatory.
• Must possess a laptop or personal computer.
• Good physical and mental health.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + TA + Incentive
