Area Sales Executive (ASE)

Location : West Delhi

Experience : 1–3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.
• Monitor stock levels, timely replenishment, and ensure product availability.
• Conduct market visits to gather insights on competition, pricing, and market trends.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support marketing campaigns and participate in trade promotions and events.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in food & beverage or similar industry).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
