Roles and Responsibilities

  • - Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network within the designated region.
  • - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
  • - Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants for product specification.
  • - Handle B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales based on the region's demand.
  • - Execute promotional activities and participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
  • - Monitor collections and ensure timely payments.
  • - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  • - Provide training and support to channel partners and field staff.
