Area Project Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and construction efforts, conducting market research, facilitating design review and build planning meetings, approving design specifications, and developing purchase justifications for materials when necessary. Additionally, you will conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes. You will manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts. - Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings. - Approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary. - Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes. - Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a project supervision role. - B. Tech in Civil. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. - Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts. - Must be able to converse fluently in Malayalam, Hindi, and English. - Prefer Malayali Candidates. - Must be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment and should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. - Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision. - Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
