B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or similar technical degree)
Fluent in Malayalam and English
1. Oversee architectural designs and on-site construction
2. Lead design review and build planning meetings
3. Approve design specs and justify material purchases
4. Perform regular site inspections for compliance
5. Monitor contractor performance, authorize invoices
6. Manage workflows and communicate progress to stakeholders
7. Handle site engineers throughout the work including their training
8. Client management skills including both in-drafting and in-person
Solid grasp of construction terminology, scheduling, planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer/internet usage
Comfort working in a start up environment with diverse responsibilities
Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity
