Area Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  loan operations

  for

  Mortgage Loan

  products across multiple branches within the area.
• Ensure accurate and timely

  loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and repayment monitoring

  .
• Drive adherence to

  regulatory, compliance, and internal audit standards

  .
• Streamline and monitor

  operational processes

  to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT).
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams to ensure seamless

  end-to-end loan operations

  .
• Implement and monitor

  quality checks

  to ensure error-free documentation and disbursals.
• Handle

  customer escalations

  related to loan operations and provide effective resolutions.
• Develop and train branch operations teams on policies, systems, and process changes.
  
• Analyze

  MIS reports, portfolio performance, and operational KPIs

  ; take corrective action where required.
• Drive initiatives for

  digitization, automation, and process improvements

  in mortgage loan operations.

  Mortgage Loans / Housing Loans / LAP

  credit policies, KYC norms, legal & technical documentation
