Role & responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Manage loan operations for Mortgage Loan products across multiple branches within the area. Ensure accurate and timely loan processing, documentation, disbursement, and repayment monitoring . Drive adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal audit standards . Streamline and monitor operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time (TAT). Collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end loan operations . Implement and monitor quality checks to ensure error-free documentation and disbursals. Handle customer escalations related to loan operations and provide effective resolutions. Develop and train branch operations teams on policies, systems, and process changes. Analyze MIS reports, portfolio performance, and operational KPIs ; take corrective action where required. Drive initiatives for digitization, automation, and process improvements in mortgage loan operations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of loan operations , especially in Mortgage Loans / Housing Loans / LAP . Knowledge of credit policies, KYC norms, legal & technical documentation in mortgage lending. Excellent people management and team leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in MIS, MS Excel, and loan management systems (LMS) . Customer-centric approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
