Job Purpose

To drive and augment volumes and market Share of above 40 hp tractor portfolio thru generation of qualified demand for New Holland’s tractor portfolio in Gujarat by executing localized ATL and BTL campaigns that directly support sales conversion, dealer engagement, Product Segment promotion, and market expansion. This position will work closely with the regional sales teams and dealer network to ensure marketing efforts are well designed, planned, executed and translate into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales-Aligned Demand Planning (high HP segment)

  • Collaborate with Gujarat’s regional sales teams of all 4 clusters to drive demand and sales in high-potential districts (e.g., Sabarkanta, Junagadh, Banaskantha, Surendranagar, Surat, Rajkot).
  • Develop Sales and demand generation plans aligned with seasonal crop cycles (e.g., cotton, groundnut, wheat) and tractor usage patterns.
  • Support dealer network with hyper-local campaigns and lead generation tools.
  • Create and exploit potential of high HP Segment thru focus approach and achieve business growth.
Experience Required

10 – 14 years in demand generation/ Sales, Rural marketing, or agri sales support


Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Marketing / Btech (Agri/ Mechanical) /Agri Business / Rural Management
