 Policy & Strategy Development: Formulate and implement policies for FPO sustainability,agri-marketing, and value chain integration.
 Program Implementation & Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate large-scale agricultural development projects, ensuring compliance with government guidelines. Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Collaborate with ministries, financial institutions, and agribusinesses to enhance market access for FPOs. Capacity Building & Training: Conduct workshops and training programs for FPO leaders,farmers, and rural entrepreneurs. Research & Innovation: Identify emerging agriculture trends, policy opportunities, and innovative market solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

 15+ years of experience in policy-making, FPO development, post-harvest management, and agricultural marketing.
 Strong knowledge of government schemes, financial models, and agribusiness ecosystems. Proven ability to manage national-level programs and multi-stakeholder partnerships. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,109.03 - ₹46,977.49 per month
