Build and maintain strong relationships with MFDs, IFAs, and clients.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and client needs.
Develop and implement area-level plans aligned with corporate strategy.
Ensure compliance standards and provide post-sales service to clients.
Gather market intelligence and support profitability goals.
Handle a team, increase market reach, and add new clients.
8-10 years of mutual fund retail sales experience (AMC background preferred).
Strong networking with IFAs in the area.
MBA preferred (not mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong in market analysis.
