Achieve GPW targets for the designated territory/assigned span of agents.
Recruit new agents as per laid-down regulations.
Ensure activation and engagement of agents.
Conduct training sessions for agents as per business requirements.
Maintain business hygiene standards.
Drive business across diverse product lines.
Build motivation and long-term connect with agents.
Monitor competition and share insights with the organization.
Screen performance of agents and take corrective actions when required.
1-3 years of experience in the agency function of an insurance company (life, general, or health).
Experience in building a territory from scratch will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, perseverance, adaptability, problem-solving, and goal orientation.
Industry Preference: BFSI & Insurance
Channel: Agency Channel only
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Age: Up to 38 years
