Area Manager-Restaurant

As an experienced and dynamic Area Manager at Pyramid Caf Lounge & Bar outlets in Ambala, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, team leadership, sales growth, brand standards, and top-tier guest experience across the assigned outlets. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily operations of the assigned Pyramid outlets in the Ambala region, maintaining quality, hygiene, and service standards. - Conducting regular store visits, audits, and performance checks to ensure operational efficiency. - Supervising Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and front-line staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. - Achieving monthly sales targets, monitoring P&L statements, food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses. - Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, handling complaints effectively, and maintaining consistency in food quality and service standards. - Overseeing inventory levels, approving purchase requests, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. - Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards, enforcing company SOPs, bar regulations, and labor compliance. - Supporting new outlet openings, staff hiring, and training, evaluating market trends, and implementing process improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred. - 5-10 years of restaurant management experience, with bar/lounge experience being ideal. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple outlets and work effectively under pressure. - Understanding of bar operations, food cost, P&L, and customer service.,
