Area Manager - Relationship Channel

As a Profitability Manager, your main role is to maintain and optimize profitability for the branch. This involves closely monitoring branch targets in terms of numbers and volumes. You will also be responsible for managing portfolio quality through superior underwriting practices and working closely with collections. Additionally, you will oversee cost management by handling all branch operating costs including acquisition and operations expenses. People management is another key aspect of your role, which includes motivating the team and handling HR administration functions within the branch. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring superior customer experience by managing customer service related issues such as collections and pre-closure services. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve contributed value targets set for the branch - Ensure sales volumes for multiple products by sourcing quality underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds - Provide superior customer experience - Manage Turnaround Times (TATs) on credit processing - Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies - Monitor branch performance in terms of key drivers such as Contributed Values, Volumes, Profitability, Expenses, Losses, Employee Retention, Employee Productivity, and Customer experience - Monitor individual performance of each employee and continuously work to maximize productivity - Motivate and develop branch team to excel - Manage and mentor the team to keep attrition of branch staff low - Conduct regular meetings with branch staff - Provide open and honest feedback and ask for feedback Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Proven experience in profitability management and branch operations - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet targets (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
