• Planning and implementation of effective network monitoring system thru existing manpower.
• Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  

Ensures KPI performance, NW uptime, MTTR and SLA compliance for network TTs
Implementation of plans for new network delivery, Ring De-choking as per network planning / business requirementCoordinate with NOC, vendor for faster resolutions of faults, repeatOpex Saving , End of Life removal, Capex reduction through innovativeMentor & Coach team membersNetwork Operation and Maintenance to achieve the target as per business requirement within budget, time.
