Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple Tossin Pizza outlets within a designated region. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and operational excellence across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train new outlet managers in the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and solutions to store managers for overcoming operational challenges.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and work towards achieving quarterly targets.
• Minimize operational and labor costs by reviewing schedules, optimizing manpower allocation, and monitoring inventory usage.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, cleanliness, compliance, and efficiency.
• Track and address delays in deliveries, cancellations, store closures, and customer ratings.
• Personally handle escalated customer complaints to ensure prompt resolution and retention.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of multi-outlet management experience in QSR or food service industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of F&B compliance, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems, data analysis, and MS Office.
• Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
