Area Manager-Business Banking - Affluent-Priority-Regional sales

As an Area Manager-Affluent-Priority-Regional Sales, your key responsibility areas include developing new and expanding existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities (SA driven) and commercial assets. You will be required to source new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels, ensuring high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Cross-selling bank products to the existing set of branch customers, informing customers of new products or enhancements, and planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients are crucial aspects of your role. You will also be expected to coordinate with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products, maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts, and track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. The desired candidate profile for this role includes developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service. A very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance is essential, along with knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance as an added advantage. Candidates should be graduates with 6-8 years of experience or postgraduates with 4-6 years of experience. Customer orientation, high energy levels, and a motive to succeed are key attributes for this position.,
