1) Ensure assembly of vehicles as per production plan
2) Attend the andon raise by the member or staff
3) Maintain smooth flow of bodies through the assembling process
by ensuring efficient work balance and material layout
4) Correction / corrective action for abnormality in respective line
5) Manpower handling and deployment for smooth functioning of line
6) Verification of tightening torque check on daily basis
7) Stick adherence to the operation standard for each process
8) Stick adherence to quality standard for product quality
9) Lowering cost of production by reducing wastage, rejection etc.
10) Skill development of associates
Manpower handling and management , Have problem solving and kaizen approach to the situations, Good communication skills, Knowledge of 5S,3G and 3M safety and Kaizen
