Role Overview: As an Area Head - Rural Branch Banking within the Rural Banking department, your role revolves around establishing, nurturing, and strengthening relationships with Rural Banking accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new customers and enhance existing relationships, particularly focusing on expanding the Liabilities book in rural areas. - Maintain Average Monthly Balance (AMB) levels to meet set targets. - Uphold superior levels of Customer Service and Compliance standards. - Advocate and implement Digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance. - Cultivate leadership qualities in Branch managers to drive team success. - Function as an Area leader, transcending functional boundaries to achieve collective goals. - Adhere to the principles of the Code of Conduct and the Employer Value Proposition. - Utilize strategic thinking to build robust teams and foster a positive organizational culture.
