Area Head - JLG

Role Overview: As an Area Head - JLG, your primary responsibility will be to ensure high class portfolio quality by maintaining collections efficiency and consistent growth in the portfolio. You will be expected to maintain high compliance standards while focusing on sales and collections of the JLG product. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain high class collections efficiency across buckets, with current bucket collections above 99.5%. - Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers while retaining existing ones. - Drive portfolio growth by increasing the number of customers and consistently delivering the desired disbursal amount. - Uphold high compliance standards by conducting continuous portfolio checks to minimize governance issues and process lapses. - Provide best-in-class customer service with minimal to zero escalations. - Drive digital initiatives within the product to enhance customer experience.
