Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for an Area Head | East | Modern Trade, CSD & E-Commerce at Sundrop Brands Limited. The role entails overseeing and managing operations in the Modern trade, CSD, CPC and e-commerce sectors. Working team of sales officers & merchandisers to manage day to day operations including primary supplies, ensuring store hygiene, executing paid & unpaid visibilities, clearance low shelf life products in timely manner. The profile will also entail managing local accounts like Arambagh, Sumo Save, Vishal Mega Mart & V-Mart. The position will manage the operations of entire East Region. Qualifications Experience in managing sales accounts in modern trade and e-commerce Strategic planning and market penetration skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Data analysis and reporting capabilities Ability to lead and motivate a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Knowledge of the food industry and consumer trends Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
