Key Skills:

1. Manages a team of Premium Current Account RMs.
2. Ensure acquisition Premium Current account customers in the branch and value build up in these accounts through the team of RMs.
3. To ensure regular catchment mapping & scoping for the CA, Trade forex Business through team of PCA-RM, prepare list of potential high value customers from each identified segments in the catchment.
4. To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by Team through customer visits /joint calls.
5. Drive profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex ,CMS, POS, Doorstep banking ,Working capital / other loan needs.
6. To implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team.
7. To monitor the quality of products sourcing in order to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team and drive the sales system towards quality standards.
8. Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets.
9. Effectively manage and motivate team.
10. Hiring and retaining of competent team members
11. Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to leverage Acquisition and Cross-sell opportunities.
12. Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines.
13. Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team.
14. Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders.
