Area Head / Cluster Head / Regional Head

As a Cluster Head / Regional Head - Private Wealth at our client, one of the leading NBFCs, your role will involve managing and expanding the portfolio of private wealth clients. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of wealth managers and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your duties will include developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be accountable for achieving financial targets, building strong client relationships, and representing the company at various industry forums and events. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in private wealth management, portfolio management, and client relationship management - Demonstrated track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements - Leading the teams to establish strong ties with clients by designing and implementing their financial plans, ensuring they receive and act on the right advice - Responsible for P&L of your team - Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Wealth Management - Developing and managing teams, including Team Leaders and RMS - Managing a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers to plan and achieve Sales Targets for Wealth Management products - Acquiring new Private Wealth/HNI Clients/Corporate clients by building rapport with all external/internal constituents at all levels for maximum client retention and revenue achievement - Ensuring the achievement of acquisition, activation, and other cross-sell targets with a special focus on Premium segment customers - Meeting business and revenue targets attributed to the company Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, with a focus on Private Wealth, Capital Markets, or Private Banking - UG/PG degree in a relevant field Location: Bhubaneswar, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Jaipur, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad Education: UG/PG This role is based in New Delhi and requires a full-time on-site presence at Talengage.
