As a Franchise Development Manager, your role involves various key responsibilities to drive the growth and success of franchisee stores. Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities: - **Conversion to Franchisee Stores jointly with Sales team**: - Shortlist top dealers with the Sales team for conversion to Franchise partners. - Develop and maintain a list of potential Franchise partners. - Build a pipeline for conversion to Franchise stores and upgrade franchise partners to a higher tier. - **Evaluating Retail Excellence Score (RES) and working on driving the same**: - Track and drive Retail excellence through DDE for parameters like store hygiene, visibility, customer feedback capture, POS billing adherence, etc. - Conduct quarterly audits of Franchise retail excellence score. - Create awareness and emphasize the importance of RES among franchise partners. - **Support Delivery of All Marketing, VM Campaigns and focused product sales**: - Support the sales of Focused products through placement, display, and promotion. - Monitor the effectiveness of VM arrangement at stores and recommend changes. - Execute Marketing/ promotional campaigns for the Franchise Partner. - **Plan Franchise Launch & coordinate Upgrade**: - Coordinate the store launch plan and monitor the process for smooth operations. - **Monitor Business Performance of Franchise Stores**: - Monitor new store performance for the first 6 months with required handholding. - Implement measures to improve underperforming stores. - Drive sales of Focused Value-added Products/Services through Franchise Stores. - Track ROI of Franchise Stores by closely monitoring sales and cost implications. - **Relationship Management and Conflict Management with Franchise Partners**: - Build relationships with Top Franchise Partners in the territory. - Handle conflicts within Franchise and non-Franchise stores. - Coordinate with the sales team for quick resolution of conflicts and escalated issues. - **Training**: - Train Franchise Dealer staff on Company systems, processes, increasing conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer handling. - **Tally & EDC Installation & Adoption**: - Ensure all stores have Tally and EDC machine installed. - Collect consent forms for EDC during agreement signing. - Drive integration & Adoption for EDC & Tally across all stores. - **Paint Consultant**: - Hire Paint Consultants in coordination with the hiring team. - Drive productivity for Paint Consultants across all stores and ensure timely filing of required CRM data. - Manage the performance of Paint Consultants through regular follow-ups and reviews.,
