Job Description

Key responsibilities

Collection target achievement:
Oversee collection efforts to meet targets for resolution, flows, and delinquency for the assigned area.
Team and agency management:
Supervise and guide a team of collection officers and agencies, manage productivity, and ensure they adhere to legal guidelines.
Delinquency and risk management:
Track and control area delinquency, identify non-starters, and implement strategies to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).
Field operations:
Plan and conduct regular field visits for asset verification and recovery, including coordinating with court receivers for possession as needed.
Customer and client relations:
Build strong relationships with key clients for timely collections and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Compliance and reporting:
Ensure all collection activities comply with SOPs and legal norms. Track and report on collections performance, NPA recovery, and compromise settlements.
