Area Credit Head

As an Area Credit Head, your role involves managing credit underwriting and appraisal for Housing Loan and LAP cases. You will be responsible for understanding the financial worthiness of customers and ensuring a smooth loan sanction process. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely processing of cases to maintain the Turnaround Time (TAT). - Coordinating with vendors for obtaining technical and legal reports. - Managing delinquencies and tracking EMI bounced cases, analyzing them for future actions, making Root Cause Analysis (RCA), etc. - Maintaining various Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by the process and senior management. - Conducting Portfolio Reviews (PDs) and making decisions on cases. - Upholding the quality of underwriting to mitigate risks. - Collaborating with the business team to achieve monthly and annual targets while upholding portfolio quality. As a qualified candidate for this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit specifically related to Housing Loan and LAP. Your expertise in credit assessment and loan processing will be essential in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
