Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to branches in the circle to monitor collections performance and identify areas of improvement. Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies in the circle. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to collections. Analyze data to track key performance indicators such as DPD, NPAs, and write-offs. Manage a team of collectors to achieve collection targets for assigned areas.
