Area Business Manager-Dermatology Segment

As a Sales Team Manager for an assigned territory, your role involves managing, training, and guiding the sales team to achieve set sales targets. You will be responsible for monitoring the team's performance, providing motivation to meet or exceed targets, and collecting customer feedback for senior management updates. Your duties will include: - Setting achievable sales targets for the team - Monitoring and evaluating the sales team's performance - Motivating team members to achieve or surpass sales goals - Traveling to both potential and existing customers to promote company offerings and enhance brand awareness - Utilizing various communication channels to engage with customers and secure sales, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers - Implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects In terms of qualifications, the following are required for this position: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 3 years of experience in PHARMA sales preferred Please note that the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund This full-time position requires you to work day shifts and morning shifts.
