Role Overview: As an Area Business Executive (ABE) in the Pharma Industry, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and supporting healthcare solutions in the medical devices sector. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators, ensuring the successful implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and on-ground support to capitalize on business opportunities within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the client company's product portfolio of surgical and medical products to healthcare professionals. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support. - Engage in cold-calling and lead generation activities. - Offer application support for medical devices. - Generate demand for the products in your designated territory. - Build comprehensive coverage and relationships with doctors and OT staff based on company guidelines. - Implement sales strategies to achieve set targets within your territory. - Gather relevant market information and submit timely reports to the Area Business Manager (ABM). - Adhere to company systems and values, ensuring a professional and compliant approach in all your activities. Qualifications Required: - For candidates with a Science background: Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry. - For candidates without a Science background: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the healthcare industry. - For D.
