Promote the companys portfolio of surgical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical and application support for medical devices.
Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, and effective territory coverage.
Drive product demand by executing planned sales and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and operation theatre (OT) staff in line with company classification guidelines.
Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Gather market intelligence and submit accurate, timely reports to the Area Business Manager (ABM).
Comply with company systems, policies, and values while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all activities.
