As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leading state-wide sourcing of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) loans. You will also play a key role in managing and mentoring frontline sales teams (BDMs) to achieve targets. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, corporates, and DSAs will be essential in this position.
