Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for pure business development, with a strong focus on market knowledge related to the expansion of franchisee and company stores. You should possess a good understanding of DDR (Design Development Review) and legal compliances, and be able to analyze overall market rentals and business projections. Developing business plans and strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with monitoring competition mapping. Your skills in broker management and landlord relationship management will be crucial for success in this role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in core leasing, rental, and expansion roles, as well as a background in franchisee sign-ups. Being a frequent traveler is a requirement for this role, with an expectation of traveling for at least 20 days a month. Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint and working with Excel sheets will also be beneficial for this position.,
