To excel in this position, you should have experience in core leasing, rental, and expansion roles, as well as a background in franchisee sign-ups. Being a frequent traveler is a requirement for this role, with an expectation of traveling for at least 20 days a month. Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint and working with Excel sheets will also be beneficial for this position.,
