Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise-grade data analytics solutions, focusing on building scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement effective data pipelines, processes, and validation mechanisms that support enterprise-level data analytics.
• Lead project teams in setting technical direction for large-scale data initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the key liaison to overseas HIH resources, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Advocate for and enforce best practices, including data governance and security standards within all projects.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail when designing systems, ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
• Convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

Experience Requirement:

• 13 - 18 years of experience in enterprise-grade architecture and data engineering.
• Proven expertise in building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure with AWS.
• Strong background in big data technologies including Spark and SCALA, with hands-on experience in Java and Python.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and acting as a liaison between global stakeholders.
• Track record of enforcing data governance, security best practices, and delivering high-impact enterprise data solutions.
