Job Description

As a Solution Architect at Newgen Systems in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and integration of Newgen systems within our banking and lending platforms. With over 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in our enterprise architecture. Your key responsibilities will include defining and driving the technical architecture and integration strategy for Newgen modules, aligning with core banking standards and security policies. You will lead the design of API integrations, microservices, and cloud-based deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive architectural implementation. Additionally, you will oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning for Newgen infrastructure while evaluating new technologies to enhance the current architecture. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, particularly within core banking or digital lending platforms. Expertise in Newgen platforms such as BPM, ECM, and workflow automation is essential, along with a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, and microservices. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment models (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be beneficial, as well as a deep knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and performance optimization. Your success will also depend on your excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. This full-time, permanent position offers day and morning shifts, along with performance and yearly bonuses.
