Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Architecture Faculty to join our Thiruvananthapuram branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Architecture design, drafting, BIM tools, and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training sessions on Architecture Design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.

Train students on BIM workflows, international project standards, and advanced modeling concepts.

Prepare course materials, assignments, and project-based learning modules.

Guide students during real-time project internships and portfolio development.

Stay updated with industry trends and integrate the latest practices into training.

Support academic operations, evaluations, reviews, and student progress tracking.

Ensure excellent student engagement, discipline, and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

1–5 years of teaching or industry experience in Architectural design.

Strong proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.

Good understanding of BIM processes, documentation, and design standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for mentoring and developing young professionals.
