As an Architect with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.

About the Role

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Provide expertise in industrial plant and non-plant building design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and other industrial complexes.
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies as required.
• And code reviews to inform design decisions and compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues, design principles, and professional development.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the architectural field, and incorporate relevant innovations into project designs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• You must have current unrestricted working rights for India to be eligible for consideration and only those candidates with appropriate qualifications and experience will be contacted directly.

Required Skills

• Sound technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
• A working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Architect engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
• A working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
• Competent use of Architect engineering specific software and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
• Engineering experience of 8+ years in the same or similar industry.
