Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman specializing in marine accommodation outfitting to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing high-quality architectural drawings and specifications for various marine projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for marine accommodation outfitting projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all drawings and specifications.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure alignment of construction with design plans.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in marine accommodation outfitting.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other drafting tools.
Strong understanding of marine accommodation design principles and standards.
Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and building codes related to marine environments.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
