Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Architectural Designer responsible for creating both interior and exterior architectural plans. The candidate will work under the guidance of the Project Manager and collaborate closely with the construction and design teams. This role requires proficiency in architectural design software and the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed design plans for interior and exterior projects.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager for design briefs, revisions, and execution plans.
• Ensure designs meet project goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior and/or exterior design.
• Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, and other design tools.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute creatively to projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
