Architectural Designer

You will play a key role as an Architect within our team, where your creativity and attention to detail will be highly valued. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop Architecture Revit Models. This will involve creating layouts, technical drawings, and design plans that not only meet client requirements but also adhere to project constraints and industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include providing design recommendations that align with the client's vision and site specifics, developing detailed architectural plans and layouts using BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to enhance the design model. You will also be tasked with preparing accurate estimates related to materials, costs, timelines, and construction resources, and collaborating effectively with client architects, designers, and project teams to ensure that BIM Models meet client expectations while complying with building codes and legal standards. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an Architectural Designer, proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, a strong grasp of architectural principles, construction methods, and industry codes, as well as excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Your keen attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines will be critical. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required for this position. This is a Full-time, Part-time, Permanent role with an expected workload of 45 hours per week.
