We are seeking a skilled Architectural & Structural BIM Modeler (ACS) with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing BIM team in Mumbai and Vizag. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality, time, and client standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit as per project requirements
• Prepare LOD 300–400 models, construction drawings, and shop drawings
• Interpret architectural and structural design drawings, specifications, and standards
• Perform clash detection and coordination with MEP and other disciplines
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project standards
• Generate plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and version control
• Support design development, construction documentation, and as-built modeling
• Adhere to project timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Architectural & Structural BIM Modeling
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure)
• Strong understanding of building construction methods and structural systems
• Experience with clash detection tools such as Navisworks (preferred)
• Knowledge of Indian and/or international building standards
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC environments
• Exposure to international BIM projects (US, UK, Middle East)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, or Tekla is an advantage
