Job summary

Seeking an experienced Architect with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing architectural projects from concept to completion in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Design and Development: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and adhere to project specifications.
• Construction Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Site Evaluation: Conduct site analyses to determine project feasibility and make recommendations for site planning and infrastructure.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations governing construction and development.
• Software Proficiency: SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architecture design software and tools, with expertise in relevant industry applications.
