Job summary

Seeking an experienced Architect with 4-6 years of experience in the Industrial, Institutional, and Residential sectors. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Design and Development: Create innovative architectural designs for industrial, institutional, and residential sectors, ensuring functionality and aesthetics meet client needs and industry standards.
• Project Management: Oversee all stages of project development from initial concept through to construction, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software tools.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations for architectural solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all architectural projects adhere to local regulations and quality standards through regular site visits and evaluations.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in the industrial, institutional, and residential sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant degree with a specialization in Architectural design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale and complex project designs
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
