Role Overview: Entry-Level Architects & Interior Designers – Guwahati Office Location: Beyond Offices – Co-working Space, Bora Service Station Complex, Kanchan Road, Opp. Apollo Clinic, South Sarania, Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam – 781007 Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Fresh graduates or early-career professionals Discipline: Architecture / Interior Design Your Career Path at FAB Guwahati FAB offers a structured, mentorship-driven growth path to help you evolve from technical grounding to design innovation. 🌟 Phase 1: Technical Drawing Mastery You will start by learning to produce detailed, construction-ready interior drawings. Training will cover: Residential Interiors : Wardrobes, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms, Living/Dining Areas, Staircases, Terraces. Hospitality Interiors : Hotel Rooms, Corridors, Banquet Halls, Restaurants, Lobbies & Public Spaces. Each space type introduces unique planning, detailing, and coordination requirements, guided through mentorship and hands-on feedback. 🛠️ Phase 2: Systems Thinking & Schematic Coordination Once fluent in GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, you will advance to understanding: HVAC and ventilation layouts Electrical and lighting schematics Plumbing and drainage coordination Smart systems and automation integration This stage develops your ability to balance performance with aesthetics—critical for integrated design. 🎨 Phase 3: Conceptual Development & Design Thinking With strong technical skills in place, you'll begin contributing to: Mood boards and space planning Material identification and selection 3D model development (directly or in coordination with visualizers) Collaboration with our senior Delhi design team ensures holistic exposure and mentoring.
