Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for designing and drafting architectural plans, conducting site visits, coordinating with clients and contractors, preparing project documentation, and ensuring designs adhere to local codes and regulations. Collaboration in interior design projects and approval processes may also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, drafting, and building codes
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools
• Experience in site visits, project management, and client consultations
• Ability to work collaboratively with interior designers and contractors
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with local building regulations in Surat is a plus
