We are looking for an Architect to work with a leading Architectural firm in Mumbai!

Architect

Architect / Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
Leverage
AI tools
for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.

Required Skills & Tools

Software proficiency
: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
AI knowledge & tools
:
Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
