Architect

Vivospace Architects is hiring an Architect with 2+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on residential architecture and interior design development. We are looking for someone who can confidently translate design intent into accurate drawings and well-built 3D models, and who enjoys working on premium residences where detailing, proportion, and execution quality matter.

In this role, you will contribute to the design development and documentation of residential projects, with emphasis on interiors. You will work closely with the design leadership and project team to develop layouts, refine spatial planning, and produce coordinated drawing sets that are clear, buildable, and aligned with the overall concept. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing interior plans, elevations, sections, joinery and furniture detailing, material references, and schedules in AutoCAD, as well as creating and updating SketchUp models for design iterations, client presentations, and coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong command over AutoCAD and SketchUp, is comfortable with fast revisions, and has a solid understanding of interior planning fundamentals—ergonomics, circulation, furniture clearances, and practical detailing. You should be able to manage multiple outputs in parallel, maintain drawing discipline (layers, line weights, annotations), and ensure quality control before issuing drawings. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, automation, carpentry vendors) to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned across disciplines. Periodic site and vendor coordination may be required to resolve execution queries and support smooth handover.

Requirements: 2+ years experience (preferably in residential/interiors), strong CAD documentation skills, strong SketchUp modelling skills, attention to detail, communication clarity, and ownership mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
